ka44 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ka44" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the ka44 online betting and casino service accessible at ka44.io and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "You" / "User" / "Player" / "Account Holder" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ka44 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by you on the ka44 platform, through which you may deposit funds, place bets, and access games.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your ka44 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits awarded to your Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any sporting event, casino game, or other wagerable outcome made available on the Platform.
• "Verification" means the identity and payment verification process required before withdrawal of funds, involving submission of government-issued identification and payment method confirmation.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applied to all Platform operations, promotional deadlines, and support hours.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ka44 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any bet on the ka44 platform. We strictly prohibit use of the Platform by minors. ka44 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held in that Account will be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ka44 platform is operated for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and that doing so does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the ka44 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or using the identities of other persons — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ka44 services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The registration process requires you to submit:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access
• Your date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above
• Your mobile number registered with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)
• A secure password of your choosing, meeting the minimum complexity requirements displayed during registration

3.1 Account Verification

ka44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) and confirm ownership of the payment method used for deposit. Verification is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.2 Account Maintenance

You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. If any of the information you provided at registration changes — including your email address, mobile number, or payment method — you must update your Account details promptly. ka44 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated Account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ka44 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳500. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳1,000.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ka44 Balance instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking business days to process depending on the sending institution. ka44 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This same-method policy is in place to prevent money laundering. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within two hours of approval under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two to three banking business days. ka44 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to fully verified Account holders. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn. Real-money Balance accrued through regular deposits and settled bets may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on ka44 are final once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of each bet — including the event, selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. ka44 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where ka44 determines that a manifest error has occurred.

5.2 Manifest Errors

A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the odds, market, or event details displayed on the Platform. In the event of a manifest error, ka44 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Account Holders. This determination rests solely with ka44 and will be applied consistently and without discrimination.

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. For cricket markets, the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) are the primary reference authorities. For live in-play markets, bets are settled based on the state of play at the time of the relevant event outcome, not at the time of bet placement.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

ka44 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets and accumulator bets. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. In the event that settled winnings exceed the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated limit and the excess will not be credited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ka44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Account Holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion details.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded to your Account carry a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry date are stated clearly at the time of each promotion. Bets placed on certain game types (such as live dealer tables at low house-edge configurations) may not contribute fully or at all towards Wagering Requirements — contribution percentages are displayed in the individual promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period, stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the stated expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ka44 monitors all Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets across markets to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine engagement, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and derived winnings forfeited and may be subject to Account closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ka44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or credentials to access the Platform
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering)
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform without express written permission
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ka44 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with ka44

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ka44 Account credentials, including your username and password. ka44 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify ka44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if your login credentials have been compromised. ka44 will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending a security review. ka44 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials.

For your protection, ka44 recommends that you use a unique, complex password for your Account that is not shared with any other online service, and that you access the Platform only from devices you personally control.

9. Responsible Gaming

ka44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. The following tools are available to all Account Holders directly from their Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total funds you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your Account for a chosen period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, you may not log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and may not be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ka44 platform — including but not limited to the ka44 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of ka44 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior express written consent of ka44. Unauthorised use of ka44 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ka44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss of data resulting from technical faults or security incidents outside ka44's reasonable control
• Decisions made by you on the basis of information displayed on the Platform
• Gambling losses incurred through normal Platform use

Nothing in these Terms limits ka44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. ka44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

ka44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• ka44 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account
• You have failed to complete Account verification within the required timeframe
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Compliance with applicable law requires ka44 to restrict access to the Platform

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. ka44 is not obligated to process a withdrawal to a different payment method than the one used for deposit.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which ka44 is registered. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail. All communications between you and ka44 regarding these Terms shall be conducted in English.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ka44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ka44 will provide notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
